Option A: ONLINE TRAINING
If you live out of area OR if you simply prefer to workout alone, we have an option for you!
The ONLINE TRAINING option will help you reach your goals by providing you with customized workouts to help you reach any goal, no matter your current fitness status or available equipment. We will work to keep you safe and on task each week.
Option B: ONLINE TRAINING + 1 Session per week with your trainer
If you need a little more face to face guidance OR have an injury that needs to be rehabbed, we suggest Option B to get the most out of your training investment. You will meet with your trainer face to face once per week and go through your personalized workout, then you will complete the rest of the workouts on your own....just remember, your trainer loves to hear from you when you're in the gym!
Option C: ONLINE TRAINING + 2 Sessions per week with your trainer
Our most popular option is Option C and will give you the tools and accountability you need to reach whatever goal you have. Choose the days and times that work best for you each week and join your trainer for 2 sessions that will motivate and inspire you to keep moving towards your goals.
